Con capacidad para 500 personas, tenía palcos laterales, plateas, grandes candiles, telón rojo obscuro, piano, pianola, camerinos, etc. con una superficie de 280 metros cuadrados. Entre 2014-2017 fue remodelado totalmente, adquiriendo su belleza original. Es el único teatro de madera en el Estado de Coahuila
